Established in 2016, Don Barbero was created with a vision to be more than just a barbershop. Built on faith, purpose, and community, the goal has always been to create a space where people feel welcomed, valued, respected, and at home.
Originally inspired by a journey from Rhode Island to Puerto Rico, Don Barbero was founded with the belief that barbering can be used as a tool to positively impact lives. Beyond haircuts, the mission is centered on building relationships, encouraging youth, strengthening families, and serving the community through genuine connection and care.
As a faith-based business, Don Barbero believes in leading with love, humility, integrity, and respect for all people — welcoming individuals from every background and walk of life.
The vision continues to grow beyond the chair: creating opportunities for barbers, supporting families through stable careers, serving communities, and expanding the Don Barbero experience wherever new doors may open.
